Today I had pretty interesting day at work. I would have to say it was one of my better days. It was slow like no other, but I got to remember why I love my job. I love the people I work with and their crazy personalities. I would pretty much hate my job if I didn't have the people I worked with. Each and every one of them has something unique about them. Some days they can drive me mad, but no one is perfect. I've learned a lot from them and have had some great experiences with them. I only hope that I can continue to work where I'm at until I am ready to start what I really want to do in life.

All in All, Today was a good day.

Yesterday was the one year marking of Michael Jackson death. I can't believe it has been a year since the King of Pop has died. It still feels like he never left. MTV Michael Jackson tribute had to remind me of musics' greatest loss. I started to tear up just by watching his video and thinking about how I used to be obsessed with his Beat It video. They showed all his greatest video and the impacted they had on everyone all over the world. Not just his dance moves and beats, but the messages he was trying to portray. Showing that everyone should be treated equal and we should all try to generate peace. I just hope his music still has a great impact on future generations, as it did on mines.
All in All, I still can't believe he's gone

I choose this picture for today entry because I've been listening to Corinne Bailey Rae for almost a week now. Ever since her new album "The Sea" came out, I've just fallen in love with her music all over again. This song right here, even though it's not from her new album, is one of my favorite songs from her debut album. "Till It Happens to You" is a very passionate song about love and having your heart broken from being in love. Even though I haven't experience what she is talking about in this song yet, it still caught my attention. She is putting her heart and soul into this song and pretty all of her songs.

So I decided to start my 365 project yesterday. I thought it would be a pretty interesting thing to do. So here goes nothing.
Ok, so the reason why this is my first picture is because this was the outfit I wore the first day of me going back to work. Well, I wore a shirt on top of this shirt. But I really like how it shows my peace sign necklace. I really love that necklace b/c I got it as a gift from my parents and it fits my personality very well.

It's been awhile since I've written on here. It's just a lot of things have been happening lately and I don't have time to. So, let me try to break it down real quick. Lets see, I got a job, will be starting school soon, sister left for Afgany the other day, and Halloween was lame for me this year. Oh yea, my sister got an interview to be the presidents nurse. She was number 4 out of 200 to get a chance for an interview. Unfortunately she didn't receive it, but she said that she will try again. I'm proud of her anyways.
All in All, i'll try to start writing on here again, if I remember too.

America's Best Dance Crew

This week wasn't really that interesting for me. The challenge this week was Martial Arts, which was a pretty dumb challenge if you ask me. It was cool last season when Quest Crew portrayed it in their dances because they actually knew what they were doing. There wasn't a whole lot of dancing this week, but there were groups that stood at to me. Southern Movement, Rhythm City, and Vogue Evolution (of course), I thought were really good. It was too bad that Southern Movement and Rhythm City were in the bottom two because they were the top groups. I didn't think that Southern Movement should have been in the bottom anyways. Afroborike was one of the groups that didn't do to well this week. Their movements were messy and they seemed off in some parts. I still have faith in them though; they bring something different to the show.

All and All, Southern Movement went home and ABDC needs to come up with better challenges.

I wish he took more pictures like this. He has such a pretty smile and nice face(lol). Every time I see a picture of him, it's only of his profile. Even in his videos, you only see him from the side or his head is down. He also covers up his nice eyes with sunglasses which are always on point. Don't believe me, check out Jamie Foxx's new video Digital Girl ft Drake, Kanye West and The-Dream or see the the pictures from his video Successful ft Trey Songz and you'll see that I'm right.
All and all, I just think he has an amazing smile, but that's just me. :]

America's Best Dance Crew

The challenge this week was to dance to songs by Beyonce and she also gave them a challenge herself. It was a pretty cool challenge but I don't think that all the groups fulfilled the challenge. The groups that shined the brightest for me were AfroBorike and Vogue Evolution. AfroBorike put a sexy twist on Beyonce and Shakira's hit song "Beautiful Liar hwile fighting to stay in the competition. Vogue Evolution danced to Beyonce's hit "Ring the Alarm" while incorporating some type of African movement for their challenge. Both groups received great comments from all three judges and I wouldn't be surprise if they were in the top two next week. But who knows, America never gets it right.
All in all, Artistry and Motion went home this week and Shane should watch what he says sometimes.

Degrassi Goes Hollywood

This was actually a pretty decent movie, the storyline could have been a little better, but it was good. I liked how they used most of the original cast and brought back some of their drama. Such as Craig and Ellie and Manny and Paige.
It was somewhat random, because I had no idea Manny Santos could sing. I guess they have to add some type of spice to the show. It was also random to see Emma and Kelly making out in scenes. I miss Emma and Sean, one of my favorite couples.
All and all, this TV movie was an ok movie. I'd probably watch it again it there was nothing else on.

This is such a great show and I love the artistry from all the artist. I just wish they had a little less drama. I know that Aubrey is new and kind of ditsy, but they aren't even trying to get along with her. I know she needs to do her job, but if they would just ease up on her, then maybe she would work harder. It's not like she's the one doing the tattoos, cause if she was then I would understand. I thought it was kind of wrong of them to gang up on her and not even let her talk. But at least Kat and Adrian apologized to her afterward.

All and all, if I ever got a tattoo, I would want Kat Von D to do it for me.

America's Best Dance Crew

New season of America's Best Dance Crew premiered yesterday and I have to say this season looks like it's going to be a pretty good season. There is a first all gay team, ballroom type team, country western team and of course the hip hop team. There is also a team representing Brooklyn, New York, where Breaking and Pop Locking is originally from.
I am glad to see that there is actually different form of dance this season instead of the same ole hip hop and breaking groups. Don't get me wrong, I will always love hip hop but I watch the show to see different forms of dance not the same things each week.
All and All, now I have something interesting to watch on Sunday nights.

Late Night Hang outs

Went to Dave and Buster with my friend and cousin on Saturday and it was a pretty amazing night. I like how people actually get dressed up like they are going to the club or something. Some guy got arrested and had to be hand cuffed to a pole, but he managed to lift the pole out of the ground trying to get free. He didn't but it was a good attempted though.
All and all, had a pretty amazing night and glad I was able to spend it with two great people.
